“Peter and I between us have 35 years experience in the document management industry. Having both worked for a leading print provider, we became disillusioned with the way they prioritised clients: the bigger companies received all the attention, while the smaller accounts were often neglected. So we set up DWS in 2007. Our vision was simple – for every client, regardless of size, to receive the attention and superior service they deserved.
Aware of the vital role documents play in serving customers and driving business growth, we partnered with Xerox and DocuWare, confident in the knowledge that they could fulfil all our clients’ requirements. We believe in practising what we preach, so visitors to our Burgess Hill offices will find a paperless environment.”
